Administrators with the OWNER role (or higher) now have a powerful new user management section at their disposal. This feature lets you:

  • Adjust user roles with ease—promote, demote, or tweak permissions in just a few clicks.
  • Close accounts individually or in bulk via CSV upload or by supplying a list of emails/user IDs.

  • Desktop: Hover over a message, then click the reply button in the action bar.
  • Mobile: Press and hold or swipe left-to-right to quote.

Stay Connected with Mentions in Chat

Need someone’s attention? The new @mentions feature lets you tag chat members directly in your messages. They’ll receive a notification, making group chats more dynamic and responsive. Whether it’s a quick shoutout or a critical update, mentions keep everyone in the loop.

Invite Smarter with Role-Based Onboarding


Inviting users just got more precise with an invite by role. Choose from roles like Students, Alumni, Industry Experts, Staff, or Owners, and new users will skip the role selection step, diving straight into the right onboarding flow. Invite up to 2,000 users via CSV or 100 by manually entering emails—efficiency meets flexibility.
